Do you want to be always healthy? If your answer is yes, then be conscious of what you eat! Our health depends on what we eat. Inorder for us to stay healthy we be selective on what we eat. We should eat only foods that give us nutritional value. We should eat only health foods. There are foods that can make us sick later like burnt meat if eaten regularly can lead to cancer because of carcinogens, the cancer causing agent of burnt meat. Inorder to counter act the toxins brought by carcinogens we should eat fruits and vegetables. It's the fiber that fruits and vegetables contains that will eliminate toxins in our body. The fats that we take can also lead to diabetes later because there will be more oil in our cells and our cells become insensitive to insulin, the hormones that will let sugar in our blood enter our cells. Because of this, the sugar in our blood will rise. Because the sugar in our blood rises, our pancreas produce more insulin inorder to cope high blood sugar. Such condition our pancreas is stressed and someday it will give up. High blood sugar causes more bacteria to stay in our blood because they have more foods. Also high blood sugar triggers our body to produce more bad cholesterol. That's why diabetic person can have heart attact later. Also blood with high sugar is not so flexible. Because of its inflexibility, when it enters in the tiny capillaries, the tiny capillaries will burst and become damaged. The organs that have tiny capillaries are the kidneys and eyes. That's why diabetic person if they do not control their blood sugar can have kidney failure later or become blind. According to research people who always take fish and soya have less chance to develop cancer. Also pineapple contains much fiber that's why I suggest that pineapple should be included in our diet foods. Also fiber in our intestines can cause sugar and fats that we take to be not absorbed by our blood stream. According also to some research always eating chicken from poultry is bad because of hormones added to its feeds and more hormones entering our body cause our body's hormones imbalance and our body's imbalance hormones cause cancer. According to research grapes if taken regularly cause new cells to grow in our body. Inorder to avoid degenarative disease new cells should grow in our body. Brandy and red wines are made of grapes. I t's not bad to drink liquor but we should drink liquor that's good to our body or we should drink only liquors that makes our body produces more new cells. It means that if you cannot stop the vice of alcoholism, please drink only wines that is made of grapes. Other types can cause lung cancer,diabetes specially the white wine because white wine contains white sugar which causes our pancreas to become insensitive to high blood sugar and arteriosclerosis. Eating too much salt is bad for our health. It makes our kidneys work harder to filter out the salt in our blood. It may lead to kidney failure or development of kidney stone. You can put more salt to your to your diet provided you drink much water. In such a way your kidneys will not work hard if you take much salt.In an old saying goes, "It easy to wash a piece of shirt with more water." |
